If he didn't know what others were going to do then why did he say that he did? I have done VDB before but its not silly to think that Delta might have changed its policy. I know they never do that with out notice.........

I'm not saying I'll never fly Delta again. Its just another Data point in my ongoing musings whether or not it is worth my effort to maintain loyalty. I've been justifying it with the better customer service experience but of late the customer service has been terrible. If everyone's going to treat you like crap when you fly then why not take the cheapest option?

Oh and the fact that the WiFi isn't working in the SLC skyclub might have something to do with my current state of high dudgeon.
