I want to combine my Avios from my British Airways Executive Club ("BAEC") account to my Iberia Plus account. About a year I was able to do this successfully at
www.Avios.com. However, when I try to do it now, I get an error message saying I can't log into my Iberia Plus account at the
www.Avios.com website after having selected "Combine My Avios". I am able to log is as usual directly on Iberia Plus' website and I am 100% sure I type in the same frequent flyer number and password when try to combine my Avios at
www.Avios.com. I experience no problems whatsoever with my BAEC account, I was successfully able to transfer Avios from my BAEC account to my
www.Avios.com account and back again. Customer service at
www.Avios.com was useless, as expected. Anybody know how I can solve this?
