While I understand that it is popular to bash the TSA, this is clearly NOT a TSA issue. It would be an FAA and/or NTSB issue. I, for one, would like our governmental agencies to work to minimize the possibility of on-board fires. What if the crew hadn't been able to extinguish it quickly?
