35. Once again in 1976, what was the largest jet aircraft type being flown nonstop between Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and Pittsburgh (PIT) and what airline operated it?

Dating back from the Capital Airlines days, the Pittsburgh hub saw United bring in widebodied aircraft year round from Chicago and seasonally from Florida. I recall DC-10s on the Miami route at some point in the 70s.

Your question doesn't indicate what time of year we're talking about but if it's anytime between November and April let's go with the DC-10. Second choice would be a DC-8-61. Summer schedules probably saw no more than a 727 variant.

30. It's still 1974 and your new business venture has proved to be quite promising. You've learned of a classic 70 foot monohull sailboat that has come on the market. Your current location is New Orleans and the boat is moored in Belize. You quickly ascertain there is a nonstop flight departing New Orleans (MSY) the next morning at 7:00am that will get you into Belize City (BZE) by 8:45am. Name the airline and the aircraft type you'll be on.

Any chance this was SAHSA (Stay At Home, Stay Alive) out of Honduras? I know they served New Orleans, just not sure where to. Belize City sounds as good as anywhere. As to the aircraft in 1974, I have postcards of colorful blue and white 727-100s and 737-200s dating back from that period. Let's go with the 737.
