Like a common street tattoo artist telling a Michelangelo how to paint. A disaster in the making. I fear that I'll be at HKG during a rough time, transitioning times are usually the worst before the dust settles and staff get it right. Oh boy. So it's off to the QF lounge instead.
I don't think there will be a decrease in quality/selection/varierty/service after the hadnover to PP.
I know that most (if not all) the staff are stayng,so I doubt there will be any change in terms of service itself. For this reason,I also think that there won't be much too many problems during transition.
In terms of catering standard,it all comes down to what CX deal with PP is. Give PP $$ budget, they will give cater "The Bridge" standard food, give them $$$,they will provide you with The Pier standards.
