I said at least PM. If he hits 125k MQM he'll be DM. However if he hits his next MQS threshold, whatever it maybe, he'll at least become PM since he'll have over 75k MQM when he hits the next MQS threshold. I combined the two into one statement. Thus when he hits his next threshold regardless of if it's MQM or MQS he'll gain at least PM status. He'll only gain DM if he hits the next MQM threshold.
