Same thing happened to me.

I had confirmed and accepted a 2.5 hour delay in my original flight about 16 hours before by scheduled flight. About 3 hours before the originally scheduled flight, VIPER decided to change my l flight leaving from LGA to leaving from JFK without any confirmation on my part.
