Re Pax cramming themselves into a 12" seat pitch - It's interesting though, I've found a number of friends doing that on trips. A few of them we. Talked about it, I explained what PY was and they were sold in a heartbeat. Especially for overseas they looked at the incremental cost increase and felt comfort mattered more. However, it took a direct sales pitch to them on it - not something AC can do.
I really believe AC misses this about frequent travellers and especially FT'ers. If handled correctly we can be the best ambassadors to the brand...but the opposite holds true as well.
