The first restriction is interesting - it seems to imply the fare must contain one of LH or SQ. In theory, shouldn't DXB-FRA-JFK all on LH metal work if plated on 618 stock? Though unless you need the HON miles I don't see a reason to be flying LH over SQ, since you also get LH FCL access before your SQ flight.
Too bad stopovers don't work on this fare. I've tried a number of combinations on the one-way fare and RT and it prices out 3x higher.
$150 fee to cancel doesn't sound too bad! ^
