Ok, so I have 1 banked year but am only a few status points away (one domestic return flight) from a 2nd banked year before my re-qualification date next week.

Is it worth me taking the extra flight (that I don't need to, and will probably have to pay for myself), rather than just rolling over the points for the next year?
