I'd go for that. Maybe you get an upgrade to ocean front, but even if you don't the partial ocean view is quite nice.

Just so there are no surprises, be aware that HHV is a massive resort, with hordes of families and American and Japanese tourists. I really like it, but - like Waikiki in general - it's not everyone's cup of tea. Ali'i is something of an oasis of calm amidst the craziness, which is one of the reasons many here prefer it.
