The agent I spoke with today said "we are very sorry about the mistake" and offered a refund, which I refused, and then offered to rebook me on another airline out of ORD ONLY (this is where the original ticket was booked from). We have since changed our travel plans, so ORD won't work, as we will be in LA at that time. I spent 20 arguing with a supervisor who wouldn't budge. I told them I would file a complaint with the DOT........ do I have any rights?
