It worse then that, we do have senior managers that fly with us and see the difficulties we face, they go away fully informed but profit and greed stop the changes from happening.
We are a proud and passionate profession and still do our very best for our customers.
That is just too sad for words. The whole profit/greed thing seems embedded in our society now.
