Sadly it's the same across many industry sectors these days. I would love to see senior management on the shop floor seeing and hearing first hand from the customers. Will never happen though.
It worse then that, we do have senior managers that fly with us and see the difficulties we face, they go away fully informed but profit and greed stop the changes from happening.
We are a proud and passionate profession and still do our very best for our customers.
