No. If you are departing on LH in F they will drive you to your flight from the non-Schengen FCL in B, but since you will be departing on UA you will have to leave the lounge and make your own way to a Z gate. You cannot avoid transfer security between B and A/Z which is worse than having to go through exit passport control.
