The SPG Business Amex provides free breakfast at the Sheraton Prague, by way of the included club lounge access, when booking paid or award stays via Starwood directly. And the SPG Gold status provides 4 pm late check-out, something to perhaps consider.
Hilton Diamond provides free breakfast at both Hiltons in Prague.

Which hotel would you recommend and why?A river view room would be lovely if any of these hotels have that. And I would prefer a luxurious hotel rather than one feeling worn down. It looks from the pictures that all three hotels are modern though I prefer a more historical hotel. Thanks in advance for replying!
Since I like to be in reasonably shorter walking distance to the main sites, I'd go for the Hilton Old Town before the Hilton Prague. I'd go for the Intercontinental rather than the Sheraton for the same reasons, assuming this is a trip for tourism purposes.
