Don't think I'll be as lucky with upgrades this time but I'll keep my fingers crossed and see what happens. (booked luxury so in worst case will definitely be happy with that).

One thing we noticed last year when staying at the Novotel just down the road is that the roof top bar is still immensely popular and as a non-resident there were days where we couldn't get a place but as a hotel guest they do accommodate you no matter what. ^^
