In outports (BKK, HAN) I have yet to see the GR/PEY queue.
Does anyone have any recent experience as to whether the 3 queue boarding system has actually been implemented in LHR yet? Whether the GR/PEY actually leads anywhere? If it doesn't lead anywhere, or the GR/PEY doesn't exist in London yet, are people just joining the J queue instead (a la percysmith's experience above)?
My father (who's both G and flying PEY) is departing LHR on Tuesday and just wondering what to advise him
