So how does the coffee card works ? Is it they will give me the card when I check in ? I saw someone above mention it is via email ? I had a stayed last sunday night, certainly didn't get anything at check in (selected this option in my profile), was going to ask when I check out but totally forgot, and certainly didn't receive any email yet.
