Very interesting. I was looking at this chart, also from Ethiopian's website that does not list V fares for earning on BR.

I'm gonna give it a try and see what happens. Nothing to lose- no other airline credits V class anyways. We did score a great deal, so that's probably why.

Like Mwenenzi, my gut tells me that the chart may be outdated. Since seeing SQ's K-fares also earn 100% (and SQ has closed its doors on awarding miles on partner's programmes as it is now a promotional class, and its fare's T&C in SQ explicitly states its mileage ineligibility).
