Currently waiting for AY089 to Bangkok, its "gone technical", but they are loading it and flight crew is visible in cockpit from lounge - next update at 1700 (original departure time). We were due to have an A350 from LHR - HEL, but had an A340. Service was very good, and am looking forward to the A350 - hoping we get to fly it of course
