I just left there a couple days ago. Two day reservation. BRG. Used SNA, cleared. I worked through Platinum chat to schedule car with hotel since the hotel never contacted me about the car.

On a previous stay, using points, got upgraded early. The hotel emailed me about car service.

Two stays, both times I got the car, all since Dec 2015.
