Not just internet access, but computers with high speed access should be standard furniture in hotel rooms -- included in the rate. I'm tired of lugging along a laptop on business trip -- heck, I don't lug along a TV or towels! (Although given the way hotels rip off their customers on phone service, apparently I have to lug a phone.)

It's time for hotels to move into the late 20th century, now that the rest of us are in the 21st!
