Hi everyone!
I'm a long time lurker, but am looking at taking a family trip to New Zealand over Christmas.
We have already secured three premium economy (I'm sorry I still don't have a handle on the letter codes for different classes) Aeroplan rewards tickets on UA's 787 to AKL but are flying home on AC's 777-200 SYD to YVR. We are in premium economy for that flight as well.
There are now points tickets available on AC's 787 for Brisbane to YVR.
We don't have a preference between Brisbane or Sydney. Our concern is which plane is preferable for the flight home.
Looking at the air Canada site, the 777 looks to have a wider seat in premium economy. I did search this forum for reports and probably missed something, but if you had the choice (and you were definitely flying premium economy), what would be your choice/recommendation?
I am both tall and wide, and my brother is quite tall so that is a consideration for us as well.
Thank you for any advice or help.
