Website still indicates: Four Seasons Junior Suite > Four Seasons Sea-View Suite > Jumeirah Skyline Suite > Jumeirah Sea-View Suite.
However, booking engine and agencies now seem to offer Jumeirah Skyline Suite at lower rates, which changes the hierarchy quite a bit. Seems now: Four Seasons Junior Suite > Jumeirah Skyline Suite > Four Seasons Sea-View Suite > Jumeirah Sea-View Suite.
So sea view more valuable than square footage and skyline view? Any influence on upgrades? Or just seasonal thing? RR mentioned many Russian guests prefer skyline views, most other guests sea views. Hm.

Also website updated to previously private owner-used Penthouse Suite now part of hotel specialty suites pool.
