I will be travelling with BA back to the UK from Thailand at the end of the month. Obviously we want to sit together on the flight, so decided to pre book and pay extra for seats together. Booked and paid for my seat, came to book the wife's seat, through manage my booking and the system does not let us look at her booking or flight reservation let alone book a seat, it did a couple of months ago. I have checked on the amadeus system and her flight is OK and confirmed, we did alter her return date after booking, looking at other threads on the internet, this seems to bugger up manage my booking on the BA system.
We are now left with me having paid for my seat and her not be able to, any suggestions as what to do next, I will try BA tomorrow, but not sure how helpful they will be.
Hi Neil....PM us with your wife's booking reference and we'll take a look. Appreciate you've booked her seat now but booking should be viewable in MMB. We did have some temporary system problems earlier in the week, now resolved, so retry and let us know if you still cant view it.
