No record of reservation at hotel after 24 hrs
Made reservation yesterday - got amoma.com confirmation number and not feeling comfortable called hotel today and still no record at all of booking in system and hotel had no knowledge of amoma and now fully sold out! Tried calling the contact number and not even a live voice - on hold music for 15 minutes and gave up...now my recourse is to cancel or at least try to and fight credit card for getting $60 cancellation fee back..what a mistake using this - the old adage if something is too good to be true (rates were almost half the retail on hilton.com site which should have been clue #1 knowing their parity policy) well....
