Yeah did this a couple times when there were good BOA VS bonuses that I'd get more value out of selectively spending with hhonors. Once the miles are in the VS account you just call up VS (can't do it online, and you get someone in the UK) and they send them over to hhonors. They often quoted a very long transfer time (weeks) but in my experience it never took that lone.
