I hopelessly paid 1,500Baht to this heartless Airline already.

They send email to me with broken English said that "Each airline not same policy and conditions, We apologize for this case, But we persist to collect the fee.

How can I continue discussion to this heartless airline staff who persist to collect the fee.

Notice that this Malaysia Airline staff is a man.

This problem will never happen to a man.

This is the worst airline who does not work with heart and brain but just want to collect money any way they can.

This will be my last trip in my life with Malaysia Airline.
