Sorry, wasn't asking about Uber to Hua Hin, but between Oriental Escape and limousine.in.th.

Understood, was responding to dtsm's Uber suggestion.

Maybe try limousine.in.th for a trip, then if you are satisfied just book them again, if not try oriental escape. Or vice-versa.
