On all the little partner airlines? I was on a -200 that didn't in December, and I thought in January, then hit one that I thought would have a bulkhead but did in February. Has there been a change?

I suspected the same might be the same on -700s given the note on Seatguru, but will assume that there's a bulkhead at 1A except when it's a 175 (which raises the question of being sure when... etc).

1A is my preferred position on -900, but while there does seem to be some bulkhead position variance, I've never seen no bulkhead there.
