Hi, pretty much like US.
We stayed at the Rad Blu in Decapolis back in Jan 2014 for a 2day stay. There is a mall across the street from the hotel that offers some shopping and eating. Took a taxi to Casco Viejo and back, walked all over Casco Viejo, and also did the Canal tour. Good location, though a bit far from the airport.
