Why would I not receive the complimentary airport transfer as part of the benefits associated with a specific room type?
How I get the room should not be a factor? If I get the room it’s because It’s part of the benefits of being a platinum and we are entitled to them in black and white.
The Hotel is not doing me a favor by giving me the upgraded the room type, it’s part of my benefits and they are simply providing me with what I’m entitled to as stated in membership terms.
