Airport transfers are provided with some room types and I want to confirm that if i'm upgraded, that I receive all the services associated with the room type.

I was upgraded to a deluxe suite as part of my status benefits and the suite included airport transfers, but the staff at the airport counter told me I had to pay for the service because I was upgraded. Other members here have said that they got the service included regardless, so YMMV. I didn't get it so I just took an Uber.
