Lufthansa's Lounges in LHR T2
Lufthansa runs two lounges in LHR, one Business Lounge for people flying J and one Senator Lounge for people with *G status. Seems odd, but in practice, you can gain access to both lounges except during rush hours when the door to the Senate Lounge is guarded by a lounge attendant.

Bottom Line
A very good lounge, definitely on par with most international lounge offerings. It can get quite crowded at times: when I visited last May, I could not find a seat anywhere in the lounge, but with the 4 (or 5, if you count Lufthansa twice) *A lounges in the terminal, unless you are flying short-haul, you have lots of choices. I spent the longest in this one because I was working, and it is a nice place to work, too. Definitely worth a visit, especially for the afternoon tea service.
