I continue to be appalled at myself for knowing the answer: this is the ghost of Almaty. They took it out of the list on the left, shifted the distances on the right, but left the block size the same (which is in any case schematic). Amman's current block used to be Almaty, Bahrain is on Amman's old block and so on. Only the routes up to and includings Algiers are correct.

Let's see what happens by the time they add Tehran and remove Baku.
