The Westin has the "gondola to nowhere" right in the hotel, which takes you to lift 15. Lift 15 takes you to Bachelor Gulch. So - no buses required, but not exactly "ski in, ski out"

There's a lot of great properties in Vail Village, but not really any that are part of a frequent guest program.
