One night in Panama City, Radisson or Country Inn?
Don't know about the Radisson but we stayed at the Country Inn Amador in 2012 and it was perfectly acceptable. Nice rooms and good complimentary hot breakfast, and a TGIF next door. We arranged (separately) for dinner at the Panama Canal restaurant and a guide to give us a two hour tour of the old city. It all worked out fine and we never spent more than 30 minutes in traffic.
