Hi!

I have booked a flight QF11 from SYD to JFK via LAX.

I have paid for my seats for the first leg to LAX. However both online and phone consultants cannot allocate my requested seat for the second leg from LAX to JFK. The consultant said he may be able to do it but he has to start the whole seating allocation again and I will have to pay more.

Any suggestions?
