I can make some up, but I was responding to "why not just an RFID tag", and the reason for why not just an RFID tag is that humans can't read RFID tags with their built-in sensors.

A built in tag might come off less easily than a stuck-on one, for example.

Mind you, I can imagine all sorts of interesting security implications if one could edit one's tag easily and undetectably, and I have (professionally) no faith in security of embedded electronics.
