Yes, and if you take about 10 mins to read the whole thread you'd catch on quick. Whether or not buying the vgcs is actually worth it is up to you though. I personally don't bother even at 4x.
I've tried the Kroger fuel points for a few weeks now. I have read that VGC and kroger store GC's were excluded from fuel points? With some other cc's I have offering 5% back at grocery stores, I can make up the 4.95 VGC fee if indeed I can get the fuel points. I am indeed curious how to get fuel points form buying VGC's??
