It seems to fluctuate. When I asked the same question in Februay 2015, here in this forum, I was told "April (2015)". What actually happened was this:

Towards the End of March 2015, some (all?) international routes plus ATH-SKG became available. The rest was loaded sometime mid May. Someone's posting from May 22nd, 2015, informed us of their availability.
