1F is just the seat. Its the first row window seat on the right side of the plane. In this case a BFS. Spirit doesn't do any complimentary upgrades with their VIP status. Your best bet to get upgraded is to not select a seat and get assigned one at the gate. Of course, using this system you could also get the middle seat in the very back by the lav, so I wouldn't bet on it if I were you.
