I went to their desk at IST. The guy at the desk happily updated my address and printed out a new card for me updated to Classic Plus. So, I thought, that was easy.

I come home and look up the address: guy put in the street name but left out the number. :-( He put in the city in the street field, and the value of City was "City". I thought I might be able to now put it the numerical value for the house/building, but the IT system doesn't like "City", so it wouldn't let me update it.

I set it back to my original address and will rely on USPS forwarding me the mail. Once I get the TK Elite card, I will then try calling and updating the address. I already got an e-mail confirming upgrade to Elite. If I go again through IST, I know, it's kinda-sorta possible to do it there. I doubt either way is reliable. All the guy needed to do was to type in the address I gave him written on paper!

Almost tempted to put in City of "Temple" instead of "Tempe" - hoping ZIP code will see it through.
