Question for the Travel Center: has anyone used this? I travel extensively and currently book everything through AA, hhonors, and Avis. It isn't complicated, or a hassle, so having everything combined on the BoA website isn't a benefit to me. Earning more rewards IS a benefit, but I'm worried should something go wrong (change flight, getting elite status credit, being able to apply corporate rates for hotels and cars, etc.)

Anyone with substantial experience using the booking portal?
