On FlyerTalk, many Finnair top tier customers has pointed out their disappointment for the direct conversation that is now missing between Finnair Plus management and Finnair Plus customers. There are airlines that regularly keeps in touch with their top tier members and thus most important customers, plus organizes different kind of events for them. We’d appreciate if we could arrange a meeting together. You’d a great possibility to tell us about current topics.
