I complained almost two months ago about having a MIA-EYW segment cancelled with the only option of waiting in the airport for 9 hours before AA could put me on another flight. I rented a car and drove to Key West instead. All I wanted was my original routing credit. CS promptly declined and sent my request to the refund department to see if I could get a refund for that segment of my itinerary. I have yet to hear from the refund department and do not expect to. Should I start all over and ask for my ORC?
