Another data point, after calling to get my PASS ID today:

Paper application received: Feb 11
Emailed additional documentation: Feb 17
Payment deducted from VISA: Feb 29 (CAD $65, not $50!!!)
Conditionally approved: Mar 3

Interview scheduled: Apr 25 at YVR (originally May 11, but checked later today and found an early opening for Apr 25)
