Apologies. That's what I get for skim reading. However, in my experience, there are some differences between checkmytrip and classic checkmytrip. I know I have checked the CMT site before and got nowhere until someone pointed out I needed to use the Classic CMT address. Other than that I cannot suggest anything else.
