Now I have a question, what's the difference between a PNR and the CX's Reservation Number? Are they the same thing or are they used differently? Since when I tried virtuallythere for example, it complained when I entered the PNR about it not being correct but did not complain when I enter the CX Reservation number except it did not go anywhere after I hit the submit button so it knows it's valid but can't seem to access the data.
If you book your CX ticket thru AA (eg:AA award,or codeshare) you will get the AA booking ref and CX booking ref.
Even if its a pure CX ticket, booked via travel agent/OTA you sometimes get 2 booking references. I recently booked an RJ ticket Travelliker HK and the booking was made in Galileo, despite RJ being on Amadeus,so I received two references.
